We always need supplies for our therapists working with needy children and for our lending library.  To make a donation, please call our office and we will make arrangements to pick up items in good condition.

Fees and Appointments!

Florida Pediatric Therapy accepts the following payment sources:

Insurance Plans (BCBS, FL Blue, Aetna, Cigna, UHC) (some insurance plans pay for pediatric therapy, most do not.  We are currently working with families and other agencies to advocate for better coverage of necessary children’s treatment in the state of Florida).  Please call your insurance plan to determine whether they pay for therapy services for your child or call us with your information and we will contact insurance on your behalf.

Under age 3:

If your child has NOT turned three yet they may be eligible for the state run Part C/Early Steps program. You should call your local Early Steps referral line to make a referral.  If you prefer to use us, please indicate that when you make your call to them.

Ages 3-21

If your child is between the ages of 3 and 21, they are eligible to be evaluated by their local school district.  If they are already in school, you may speak to your child’s teacher and administration about this.  If your child is not yet in school, please call the number for your county’s preschool evaluation/child find team.  In many cases you may choose to use us in addition to school based services.
